Pantheon August Couch Coding

Pantheon August Couch Coding

On Tuesday, August 28th, I joined Andrew Taylor for Pantheon’s August Couch Coding.

In the episode we discussed WooCommerce’s template structure and how they can be overridden in the active theme. This is a useful tool for site owners and developers who want to change the markup on a page that is handled by WooCommerce.

An issue arises when the template shipped with WooCommerce changes in a new version of the plugin.

In the video we discuss best practices for template customizations, and we walk through updating WooCommerce on a site and show how to resolve issues with overridden templates.
